As the shipping costs are calculated using your shipping address, in some cases additional payment for shipping of your product maybe required depending on your address provided. Our shipping costs are estimated. If you have concerns over shipping costs please call Altitude OffRoad, and one of our team members will be happy to help.
Shipping policy
​Order processing times are separate from the shipping times at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to Covid-19 Shipping delays are apparent, we do apologies for these delays and do our best to make sure your order gets to you in a timely manner, this includes replenishing stock from oversea suppliers.

Domestic Shipping Rates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions and the pickup location. (Please Note: We are based in Omokoroa)
Our in-store pickup hours are 9 am – 2 pm on Monday – Friday, If you wish to pick up outside of these hours please contact info@altitudeoffroad.co.nz. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come

International Shipping
At this stage Altitude Off Road does not offer international shipping
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@altitudeoffroad.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Currently, we do not ship to P.O boxes. Please provide a physical home or office address when you check out, or your order may be cancelled.
